Right, the thing is that AT&T has presence (i.e. a cage) at this datacenter, so all the documentation will end up being "to the datacenter". The problem is that nobody at the telco seems to be able to tell me where precisely at the datacenter translates to.

Regardless of how shitty what I'm working off of is, AT&T should be able to tell me where the wires I'm paying for stop, and how I can plug into them.

Supposedly, the Telco Spell (i.e. magic words) for this situation are: Tag & Locate

Hi,

don't blame the telco...blame your network engineer..he's the bugger, and he should be crucified...
Your folks at your company needs to document your work...if they don't ... blame your managers to not give your co-workers the time for documentation.

:)

Regards,
